Less Toxic Living is Live – and I'm Giving it Away!

Less Toxic Living | Kirsten McCullochI am so excited to be able to announce that Less Toxic Living: How to Reduce Your Everyday Exposure to Toxic Chemicals: An Introduction for Families, is finally available!
An even more exciting announcement is that I am giving away the PDF copy completely FREE!
I am not going to talk too much about it here, you can read more over at the landing page. But I do need to mention two things. First, there are free gifts which are only available with a special access code. Normally, you get that by buying a paperback copy. But for a limited time you can also get them with the PDF (see the bottom of this post for your special launch access code).
Also, I would like to list all the contributors, to whom I am so grateful. I have worked hard on this book (day and night at times – it’s 2:33am as I type this, the night before the launch!), and written many of the chapters myself, but the contributors took a risk on me, some without knowing me at all, which I sincerely appreciate. Many of them are also promoting the book to their own readers, in the blog tour that starts today!

So who are they?

You probably already know some of them from their other books or blogs.
Dr Sarah Lantz (Chemical Free Kids) | Nicole Bijlsma (Healthy Home, Healthy Family)| Nyree Bekarian | Cate Burton | Joanna Cozens | Sonia Donaldson | Katy Farber | Melissa Goodwin | Jo Hegerty | Kate Hennessy | Tricia Hogbin | Katharine Koeppen | Teray Garchitorena Kunishi | Vanessa Layton | Andrea Muse | Alexx Stuart | Alicia Voorhies and Sarah Wilson.

Bonus gifts access code

Download the book in the launch period to receive the free bonus downloads – just use the access code SUSTAIN before December 3., 2013
Go on – get them now!

Oh, and did you notice – a new banner!

Yes, to celebrate the launch of Less Toxic Living, I have had a lovely new logo and banner designed, by the delightful Yvette Cazabon.
What do you think?

    1. It sure does! Not to mention all the rest of it (back and forth with contributors etc, and the launch!). I did get a few hours sleep this morning after the kids went to school 🙂

  1. Congratulations on your new book Kirsten, I love the cover, the black was always preferred by me anyway, it looked ‘posher’ as my grandson would say.
I’ve bought two of the paperbacks one for me and one for my daughter, who has had severe allergies all her life, and now has two children with equally severe allergies. Keep up the good work. God bless

    1. Thanks Margaret, hopefully I got the best of all three covers into the final one 🙂
And thanks for buying the paperback copies!! I hope you both enjoy them. 🙂

  2. Hi Kirsten, as you are generous enough to allow free downloads on your new book (congratulations, by the way!) I think it would be bad mannered and ungrateful of me to download it and run without thanking you. So thank you so much, I’m sure it will be a fascinating read, and I look forward to digging into it soon. Good luck with sales, and thank you again from an appreciative Brit!

  3. Fantastic news, a huge congratulations. I love the new banner and the cover. Smart people who listened to you, best wishes! #teamIBOT

  4. Wow, I have only just scratched the surface of this topic and am making my own cleaners. I really look forward to reading your book to expand my knowledge. I can see a lot more projects coming up! Thanks SO much for the free PDF, Cheers Tanya

  5. Hi Kirsten, I would love to read your book as I am keen to get started on some green cleaning but I am having difficulty downloading the book. The last prompt asks for a password to be submitted. Which password?

    1. Hi Jane,
You would have received an email from me with the link to the download page – in that email you will find a password. It is in ALL CAPITALS which is how you need to use it. (I’ll email you as well, but thought I’d reply here for the benefit of others).
      Cheers
      Kirsten

      1. Thanks Kirsten. I have downloaded successfully. This is a terrific book. I especially appreciate the information on plastics and additives in consumables. It will be a good reference guide for me to use. Many thanks once again.
